The closed building used to be the golf course clubhouse. I met the owner of the property and had his permission to place the cache here. You only need go on the north driveway at ground zero.
The building is torn down now.
There's no need to cross the gate or enter the closed property. It's NOT in the huge bushes or the block wall.
Construction has change the area a bit but the cache is still here. I changed the hint.
