Geocache Description:

******PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE THE CONTAINER******

Given recognition by the Guinness Book of World Records, Mill Ends
Park is the smallest park in the world with a total area of 452
square inches. Named after a column in the Oregon Journal authored
by the park's founder, Dick Fagan, Mill Ends was acquired by
Portland Parks and Recreation in 1976. According to the PPR
website, the name of the park is a term for the 'rough, irregular
pieces of lumber left over at lumber mills.'

The reason this cache has a difficult terrain rating is because it is located on the median portion of the crosswalk at the intersection of SW Taylor and Naito Parkway. It is technically wheelchair accessible. I
recommend that a maximum of two people look for it at once in case
you need to wait out a light cycle. It probably would be best to check
the hint if you want to just walk by and grab it, walk to the other
side and then cross back over once you've signed it. You are
looking for something green. It has been placed in a spot out of
sight as well as to discourage harm to the flowers. Been having
issues keeping this cache from going down. Please put it back so
that it can not be seen easily.
