2010 Northeast Ohio State Parks Challenge Series Geo-Finale and Potluck
Where: Wingfoot Lake State Park is located off Waterloo Road at 993 Goodyear Park Boulevard near the community of Suffield in Portage County.
Purpose: To show appreciation to all the cachers who participated in this years challenge. The days events will consist of caching (yes this may include being around poison ivy, water and other outdoor fun), sharing of stories, eating and prizes.
DATE: Saturday, September 18, 2010
TIME: 11:00-meet and greet
12:00-4:00-geocache games/activities
4:00-? potluck, prizes and coins
NE OSP Challenge Coins: coins will be distributed at the event to participants that completed the 2010 NE OSP Challenge series. All other participants who cannot attend the event and who completed this year’s challenge will receive the coin by mail after the event.
Portage Lakes Region Multi-cache Challenge: YOU MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN ANY PRIZES! Even if you did not complete the series, please come and enjoy friends, fellow cachers and a chance to win prizes.
PLEASE NOTE: RSVP by posting a will attend. Include in your note the number of people in your party, please note the number of adult(s) and children and what you are bringing to the potluck dinner. This will help us prepare for the days events.
Electric is available at the pavilion and restrooms nearby.
