On our motorbiketour through Albanian we (ChrisDa and bob_0815) placed
this little drive-by cache on the old road between Kukes and Shkoder.
Now that there is a new highway between Kukes and Milot the old road
is free of the main traffic. The cache is close the intersection to
Fierza (Komani Lake Ferry).
