This cache is designed as a bike ride but can be walked as well. It's not that far (2.3 miles RT). For parking, it is free at Stage 1, but there is a fee at the main lot ($6--therefore, I suggest that you leave the cachemobile at Stage 1).
This cache is part of the East Bay GC Challenge. You can find just this cache if you want to, but if you hope to find the final cache in this series, Lucky 13! (GC2DPJF), you'll need the code that is on the log sheet for this cache (for example, k = 7) plus the codes from the rest of the Dirty Dozen.
