The only reason for the terrain rating is that this cache is accessible only by water; boat, canoe, kayak, innertubes, motorboats, etc.
This cache is located on one of a group of islands near Parker, Pa. where the Clarion River flows into the Allegheny. Many water enthusiasts enjoy "rolling down" this stretch of water on any given day, especially weekends. The cache container is a camoe'd tupperware screw type. Please bring pen/pencil to sign the log.
