 Václav Robmhap,
jemuž pripadla Sec a okolí v dedictví, nechtel opravovat
zpustlé hrady Vildštejn a Oheb. Odkoupil tedy nekolik pozemku
v mestecku Sec a na nich si dal postavit sídlo. V roce 1577 byla
stavba dokoncena. Roku 1583 pak panství (již nazývané secské)
prodal Albrechtu Bryknarovi z Brukštejna, jeho syn je
postoupil v roce 1596 Karlu Zárubovi z Hustíran. Pocátkem 17.
století zapocal Záruba s prestavbou na renesancní zámek, podle
letopoctu na dochovaném portálu dokoncenou v roce 1610. Zámek byla
jednopatrová budova s pudorysem ve tvaru L, vchodem ozdobeným
portálem s erby rodu Zárubu a Valdštejnu podle Zárubovy
manželky Anny rozené z Valdštejna. Dvere a okna byla
obložena dodnes zachovaným ostením. V roce 1628 byl zámek s
panstvím prodán majiteli Nasavrk Františkovi de Couriers, v
roce 1702 spojil František Josef Schönfeld obe panství a do
Sece presunul správu majetku. Ani on ani jeho dcera Katerina
provdaná Auersperková nevenovali údržbe zámku velkou
pozornost, v patre byla kaple a nekolik pokoju pripravených pro
prípadný pobyt panstva, v prízemí bydlel hlídac a správce dvora.
Správa panství v r. 1755 již byla v Nasavrkách. Zámek se tedy
za Auersperku zmenil na hospodárskou budovu, bývala zde sýpka,
skladište a v 19. století i ovcín. Auersperkum náleželo
panství až do roku 1925, po první pozemkové reforme se zámek
stal soucástí zbytkového velkostatku a v r. 1949 prešel do
vlastnictví státu. Na prelomu 60. a 70. let 20. století byla budova
opravena se zachováním renesancních prvku. Dnes je na zámku sídlo
mestského úradu.

pay much attention to the maintenance of the castle, the floor of
the chapel and several rooms prepared for any resident gentry,
lived in a ground floor guards and caretakers of Justice. Managing
the estate in 1755 was already in Nasavrky. Castle is considered
Auersperku turned into farm buildings, there used to be a granary,
a warehouse in the 19th century and the sheepfold. Auersperkum
belonged to the estate until 1925, after the first land reform, the
castle became part of the residual estate, and in 1949 moved into
state ownership. On the 60 and 70 the 20th century the building was
repaired with preservation renaissance elements. Today the castle
hosts the municipality.
