This site was shared with us, by our Scout Master, while on a Boy
Scout trip to the USS Yorktown in Charleston.
It is the CHURCH OF PRINCE WILLIAM'S PARRISH known as SHELDON.
Built between 1745-1755. Burned by the British Army in 1779 then
rebuilt in 1826. Burned again by the Federal army (Sherman) in
1865.
This is a wonderful site to see.
