Brandys - St. Boleslav #7 ( Zamecky Pivovar )
Pivovar se nachazi v bezprostredni blizkosti Labe v sousedstvi mlyna a zdymadla. Kdy presne vrchnostensky pivovar v Brandyse vznikl, neni dolozeno. Pravdepodobne se tak stalo na zacatku
16. stoleti. V 17. stoleti je zaznamenan narust prijmu pivovaru v souvislosti s narustem cen piva (produkce pivovaru v te dobe spise stagnovala).
Za tricetilete valky byl poskozen svedskymi vojsky. Dnesni barokni podobu ziskal v prve tretine
18. stoleti, kterou provadel Kilian Ignac Dientzenhofer. Od poloviny 18. stoleti byl pivovar pronajiman. Po vzniku republiky jej vlastnil ceskoslovensky stat a bylo tomu tak az do jeho zruseni v roce 1946.
Pivovar tvoril spolu s mlynem a nad nimi se vypinajicim zamkem dominantu brandysskeho panstvi. Budova ma nepravidelny pudorys. Na zapadni strane je barokni budova varny, postavena roku 1651, s vysokou mansardovou strechou, hranolovym kominem a kartusi ve stitu. Na ni navazuje dlouhe kridlo sladovny. Zapadni cast sladovny je zachycena jiz na planu dvorniho stavitele J. H. Dinnebiera ze 30. let 18. stoleti, vychodni cast je pozdne barokni. Vstupni portal je z konce 18. stoleti. Hvozd s cihlovym kominem byl pristaven roku 1920. Sladovna, varna a sklepy maji pozoruhodne klenby.
Na konci 19. století mel pivovar rocni kapacitu 34 000 hl, pri varce 48 hl.

Brandys - St. Boleslav #7 ( Castle Brewery )
The brewery is situated close to the Elbe River in the neighborhood of the mill and castle. When exactly nobility brewery was founded in Brandys, is not substantiated. Probably happened in the early 16th century. In the 17th century is recorded revenue growth brewery in connection with the rise in the price of beer (brewery's production in that time has stagnated ). Thirty Years' War was damaged by Swedish troops. Similar to present Baroque won the formerly third of the 18th century, conducted by Kilian Ignaz Dientzenhofer. Western portion of malt is already captured on a plan to court builder JH Dinnebier of 30 the 18th century, the eastern part is the late baroque. The entrance portal is the end of the 18th century. Brick chimney was built in 1920.
