Geocache Description:

After being inspired by some excellent EXTREME caches by Cache-u-Nutter it was about time that Kent set a few of its own, so this is our second attempt in a small series of Specialist Equipment caches. Please be under no elution that a level of skill, knowledge, fitness and experience will be needed to undertake this cache.

We have chosen this site as our second EXTREME cache location on a chalk cliff between Maidstone and Rochester in the English county of Kent. It overlooks the M2 and Rail Link and is part of the North Downs.

Reaching the cache is potentially dangerous. judgement, common sense and experience can go a long way in keeping you safe BUT at the end of the day you can do everything absolutely right- and still end up in trouble.

Any person choosing to do this cache is responsible for getting proper instruction in the techniques and equipment necessary for the retrieval, and assumes all responsibility for injuries incurred to yourself or those injuries you inflict on others.

The descriptions both on these pages and on the notes provided enroute make no attempt to offer instruction of any kind, nor should you assume that the information you read in relation to this cache is an adequate substitution for instruction or experience.

Make sure that you wear a helmet, as rocks will/possibly be dislodged from above.

With all climbing preparation is the key. Know the kit, how to use and secure it, be safe. Do not attempt this on your own, always have a buddy with you.

Parking we will leave to you to decided.

MOST IMPORTANTLY ENJOY BUT BE SAFE
