Version:
Monte Baldo
ist die westlichste Erhebung der venetischen
Voralpen.
Siebenunddreißig km lang, läuft er in Richtung Nordnordost-
Südsüdwest, parallel sowohl zum Etschtal als auch zum tektonischen
Graben des Gardasees.
Das Etschtal liegt östlich dieses Punktes, während der
Gardasee westlich davon liegt.
Wir befinden
uns auf 1720 Meter Höhe, der genaue Name dieser Stelle ist Bocca
Tredes Pin und nicht Tratto Spina, wie dieser Ort gewöhnlich
genannt wird.
Der
nordöstlichste Punkt der Kette ist Monte Altissimo di Nago (2078
Meter). Er liegt in seiner Gesamtheit im Gebiet Trento und ist von
Monte Baldo durch die tiefe Scharte „Bocca di Navena“
getrennt (1425 Meter).
Noch weiter
nördlich, zwischen Nago-Torbole und Mori, teilt der Sella di Loppio
die Kette Monte Baldo-Monte Altissimo die Nago von der Kette
Stivo-Bondone, während Monte Baldo im Süden in der Caprino-Ebene
ausläuft.
Höchster
Gipfel der gesamten Kette ist Cima Valdritta, den man von Bocca
Tratto Spino über den Wanderweg „ Sentiero delle
creste“ (C.A.I. Nummer 651) über Cima delle Pozzette (2128
Meter), Cima del Longino (2175 Meter) und Cima Val Finestra (2086
Meter) erreicht.
Im
Süden von Cima Valdritta folgt Cima del Prà della Baziva (2207
Meter), Cima Fontanella (2147 Meter), Punta Pettorina (2191 Meter)
und Punta Telegrafo (2200Meter). Dieser letzte Gipfel ist
auch als Monte Maggiore bekannt.
Noch weiter südlich werden die Berge dann nach und nach
niedriger. Hier liegen Vetta delle Buse (2154 Meter), Coal Santo
(1993 Meter), Costabella (2062 Meter) und Punta di
Naole.

Version:
Monte
Baldo is the westernmost elevation of the Venetian
pre-Alps.
Thirty-seven km long, it is oriented in a NNE-SSW
direction, parallel to the Adige valley as well as the tectonnic
valley of Lake Garda. The Adige valley lies east of this point,
while Lake Garda can be found to the west.
We are located at 1720 meters altitude. The exact name of this spot
is Bocca Tredes Pin and not Tratto Spina, as it is commonly
called.
The
northernmost point of this chain is Monte Altissimo di Nago (2078
Meters). It lies in its entirety in the Trento region and is
separated from Monte Baldo by the deep pass “ Bocca di
Navena” (1425 meters).
Still
farther to the north, between Nago-Torbole and Mori, Sella di
Loppio separates the chain Monte Baldo-Monte Altissimo di Nago from
the chain Stiva-Bondone. Monte Baldo ends to the south in the
Caprino plain.
Highest peak of the entire chain is Cima Valdritta,
which we can reach from Bocca Tratto Spino on the hiking trail
“Sentiero delle creste” (C.A.I.
number 651) over Cima delle Pozzette (2128 meters), Cima del
Longino (2175 meters) and Cima Val Finestra (2086
meteres).
To the
south of Cima Valdritta follows Cima del Prà della Baziva (2207
meters), Cima Fontanella (2147 meters), Punta Pettorina

l'elevazione piu' occidentale delle Alpi
venete.
La dorsale principale ha andamento nord est - sud ovest di 37
chilometri, ed ha come confini naturali, a sud la pianura che
comincia a Caprino Veronese, a ovest il lago di Garda, a nord
la valle che congiunge Rovereto a Nago-Torbole e ad est la Val
d´Adige.
Siamo situati a 1720 metri
di altitudine, il nome esatto di questo posto è Bocca tredes pin ,
e non Passo Spina, come viene chiamato di
solito.
Il punto più orientale
della catena e' il Monte Altissimo di Nago (2078 metri).
Egli si trova
nella regione di Trento ed e' separatodal
Monte Baldo attraverso la gola profonda "Bocca di Navena" (1425
metri).
Più a nord, tra
Nago-Torbole e Mori, la Sella di Loppio
divide
la catena Monte Baldo-Monte
Altissimo di Nago dalla catena di Stivo-Bondone, mentre
il Monte Baldo
scende nel sud verso
Caprino.
La vetta più alta di tutta
la catena è la Cima Valdritta, su cui si arriva da Bocca Tretto
Spino lungo il sentiero "Sentiero delle creste" (CAI numero 651)
tramite Cima delle Pozzette (2128 m), Cima del Longino (2175 metri)
e la Cima Val Finestra (2086 metri).
Al sud della
Cima Valdritta
seguono Cima del Pra 'della
Baziva (2207 metri), Cima Fontanella (2147 metri), Punta Pettorina
(2191 metri) e Punta Telegrafo(2200Meter). Questo
ultimo picco è anche conosciuto come Monte
Maggiore.
Più a sud, le montagne sono
più basse. Qui ci sono Vetta della
Buse (2154 metri), Coal Santo (1993 m), Costabella (2062 metri) e
Punta di Naole.
