Altes Versteck Der Cache: Der Platz wurde früher von den Bergbauern beim Heu machen genutzt. Nach dem 2. Weltkrieg versteckte sich dort der Soldat Georg Wolf einen ganzen Sommer lang, um nicht in Kriegsgefangenschaft zu kommen. Weg: Start in Wagneritz an der Kapelle (Ortsmitte, ca. 750Hm). Von da zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad Richtung Cache. Den letzten Teil zu Fuß, steil und evtl. weglos bis zum Ziel (ca. 1450Hm). Bitte Vorsicht bzgl. Abstürzen und im Winter bzgl. Lawinen. Zeitdauer, einfach, zu Fuß: ca. 2 Stunden. Ausrüstung: Feste Bergschuhe Loggen: Bitte auf Muggels am Final achten. Dose: Petling. Spoiler und Hinweis beachten. __________________________________________ Old hiding place: The cache: This place was used in the past by mountain-farmers, while making hay. After the 2. world war, the soldier Georg Wolf hide himself a whole summer there, to prevent becoming a prisoner of war. The Way: Start at the chapel of the small village of Wagneritz (middle of the village, approx. 740 altitude meters). Walk or cycle in direction of the cache. The last part needs to be walked, steep and perhaps pathless to the target (approx. 1450 altitude meters). Please take care to prevent falling down and in winter to get trapped in an avalanche.
