Geocache Description:

Let me invite you this time to Taborfalva. This is a multi cache with three stations as follows: 1. station: Ordinary cache with logbook and gifts. Size of the plastic box: 11 X 7 X7 cm. 2. station: The last two figures of a date on the monument. 3.station: The name of the Saint can be read. ( four letters )

This is a multi cache which contains two virtual points and a box. My goal was with this box you to get to know with my little village, Táborfalva. Táborfalva has three parts: Telep, the centre, Tábor. The village can be approached by train, bus and car. Follow the old main Road 5 or Motorway 5 the exit of Örkény from Budapest or Kecskemét, then turn to the right if coming from Budapest or to the left if from Kecskemét at N 47 05.780' E 19 28.340'. This is an asphalt road that will become earth road. Following the coordinates you will reach the pathway. The points also can be found by bike. You can count on sand in dry weather. You can park two ways: - if you want to walk more you can leave your car here: N 47° 04,574' E 19° 26,480' - or you are a lazy type use these coordinates N 47° 03,810' E 19° 26,575' You will find the box among junipers, pines and poplars on the ground (N 47° 03,640' E 19° 26,135') in a rounded pathway with six stations on the red mark. The length of this tour is 2.6 km which can be walked during 1.5 hour. You can enjoy the view, which thanks to the army because of the explosions. A big amount of ammunition was blown up after WW II. Go back on the same road to Tábor. Here you can find the monument with the second point (N 47° 04,888' E 19 27,057). The second part of the password can be found on the monument. (The last two figures of a date on the monument.) In 1912 here were two accidents. A balloon flew away with two soldiers and a month before this accident a cannon was exploded and six people died. A year later this monument was built for the memory of the above mentioned people. Coming back to the centre you can find the third point at the catholic church (N 47° 06,321' E 19 29,144). The name of the Saint can be read here. (four letters) Enjoy your tour, I wish you successful hunting.
