This is a cross between a multi and a puzzle cache. Given, though, that I don't give exact coordinates, I think it could qualify to be a puzzle, so that's how I've left it.
You will need a car to complete this cache, unless you are feeling very energetic. (Congratulations to mashworth for actually running round the whole cache!) The first picture shows a number of clocks and some questions to be answered. The second picture gives the rough locations of the clocks (but not the final cache location, which is outside that area).
