Geocache Description:

CITO event at Mt. Fuji.

This CITO Event will be held from
(1) 6:00am to 6:30am at Top of Mt. Fuji (N 35 deg 21.940 min, E 138 deg 43.980min, posted coordinates)
, and
(2) 10:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at Fuji-yoshida 5th station (N 35 deg 23.658 min, E 138 deg 43.996 min) on Saturday, September 4th, .

Please come to top of Mt. Fuji and help clean up this beautiful area. Because of the lots of garbage, Mt. Fuji was not qualified for World Heritage.

Please meet at the above coordinates to sign the logbook and exchange geocoin or travelbug. Bring your travel bugs for discovering and exchanging. Take the opportunity to meet other caches, help the environment, and have fun. If you can't clime to the top, don't worry, the event will be held also at Fuji-yoshida 5th station from 10:00 a.m. Come when you can.
We must prioritize the safety first. If the weather is not good at the day, the event at the top will be cancelled. I will post the notice whether the event at the event will be held or not by Sep. 3 6:00 a.m.
Please be prepared proper gear to climb the top. Even in Summer, temperature at the top goes around 0 degree Celsius. You must bring proper mountain boots and snowsuits. Please bring your own gloves.

CITOイベントは、9/4土曜日の　
(1) 6:00から6:30 で富士山頂 (N 35° 21.940’ E 138° 43.980’, このキャッシュの座標位置)
および
(2) 10:00から10:30で富士吉田口5合目(N 35° 23.658’ E 138° 43.996’)
で開催されます。

富士山はごみが多いために世界遺産に指定されなかったともいわれており、ぜひ富士山を美しくするためにいらしてください。
上記の座標に指定した時間に、ログのサイン、ジオコイン・トラベルバグの交換のためにいらしてください。
富士山の山頂まで登ることができなくても大丈夫。(2)に記載した富士吉田口5合目でねCITOイベントを実施します。
今回の富士山頂イベントは安全第一で実施します。天候が悪い場合等は富士山頂のイベントは中止して、富士吉田口5合目のみとします。富士山頂でのイベントを実施するか9/3の6:00までに Notetとしてポストします。
富士登山には、十分な装備をお願いします。登山靴と防寒着は必須です。夏でも富士山頂は0℃程度まで気温が低下します。イベントには各自手袋をお持ちください。
