Geocache Description:

Terrain reflects the circuit - most of it is much easier, but there are steep hills here and there.

Our 100th placed cache and probably our last one as we seem to spend all our time maintaining the existing ones! This is a nice easy trad, which will take you to a pretty part of the world. The circuit described below is a cracking walk with lovely views and lots of caches from various cachers, if you fancy a good walk.

We had planned to make this a challenge cache, but the challenge we chose (10 of our caches and 10 other caches on this circuit) was unfortunately not within the rules of challenge caches. However, if you want to do this as your x00th cache, for instance, please feel free!!

This cache is in a Site of Special Scientific Interest, and my thanks to the landowners and Natural England for letting me place it here. I have placed it in such a way that it does not disturb any local wildlife - if this changes please let me know in the log and I will move it.

The Reigate Hill Circuit

There are a lot of caches on the hills from Reigate Hill across to Pebble Hill. But there is a gap here and there, so I thought I would put out some caches to fill some of the gaps and complete the circuit.

Reigate Hill Circuit right

The complete circuit is about 6.5 miles with some fairly major ups and downs, but you can easily do just parts of it. You can also start almost anywhere on the circuit. The right-hand half is shown above, the left-hand half below.

There are also several puzzle caches on the circuit. In no particular order they are: Su Doku 4; About Time; Dinner; Look Sharp 1, 2, 3, 11 and 12. There are also two of cache_u_nutter's extreme ones, and the entrance to Symmetry PA Bonus in there somewhere. Sorry, I haven't shown where the puzzle caches or the extreme ones are - that would be too easy, but if you wander round with your geocaching hat on you will probably find some of them.
