A lot of people dislike micro caches poorly placed in those tiny little parks for seemingly no other reason than there is a park there, and there's no cache in it. We don't like those caches either.
This is one of those parks.
"I hate crappy suburban micro caches. Give me an ammo can any day" is the preferred sentiment.
Well, at least you're looking for an ammo can.
Please be stealthy and re-hide the cache carefully. As you know, ammo cans are not cheap to replace. You may be observed from all sides of the park.
