Welcome to my neighborhood: North Center. Most people think that this area is part of Lincoln Square - well, newsflash - it's not! What better spot to hide a cache than near the HART of North Center. The difficulty is set a bit higher, as this is muggle central - cars, on foot, on bicycle, eating dinner, you name it! STEALTH IS A MUST. Log only BYOPen/cil. There are some yummy places to eat nearby, so, if the timing isn't right, grab a bite, and have the cache for dessert.
