Geocache Description:

You are seeking a pinky finger-sized cache with the Geocaching logo in an expansive lawn just north of the Shedd Aquarium.

View of Chicago from the lawn near your cache

Many will debate the best view in Chicago - Lincoln Park Zoo south past an arching bridge to the skyline panorama; the lakefront from the Hancock skydeck; perhaps the Chicago skyline from the rooftop tavern of Pegasus in Greektown.

How would you like a private lawn dotted with shade trees, overlooking over Chicago's famous bike path in the foreground, Monroe harbor beyond, and Grant Park and Chicago's skyline in the distance? Face north from this cache and that's exactly the site you'll see. And if you're here in the summer, bring a picnic lunch or ice cream and enjoy the solitude just steps away from the bike path and the Museum Campus.

Any time, bring your camera and enjoy the view. You'll find the cache in the lawn area below the Museum restaurant.
