Take a gamble...Coordinates will lead you to the center of a parking lot. Once there take a good look around, lots of lamp posts. One of them has a cache under their skirt.
After finding it feel free to rehide the cache under ANY lamp post skirt you like. Just please keep it within the RED lines of the map below. Thanks
