Park opens at 8:00am so I would like to set the start time for
8:30am. We will get there early and set up a canopy near the main
parking lot. Log book will be available until around 10:00. We will
have a cooler full of bottled water and probably donuts to share.
Make sure to bring plenty of water and snacks for hiking as you
could easily spend a whole day in the park. Good hiking boots are
recommended depending on the trails you hike. We will also have
extra trail maps available and can give you pointers on how to
attack all the caches in the park! Dogs are welcome but must be
leashed at all times.
There will be a Music In The Parks presentation as well as a
Native American Crafts presentation during the day for those who
might be interested in these activities.
Please log a Will Attend if possible so I can let the Park know
a ballpark figure of cachers that will be visiting that day.
Park has a $4 day use fee per vehicle.
Event has been approved by Park Authorities.
