I was working in the area and this setting really caught my eye, it looked like a perfect place to hide a cache. I personally don't care for this type of a hide because my eyes are not what they use to be but if you have good eyesight this should not be difficult.
You are looking for a camo container borderline nano. There I said it, "nano" but borderline meaning not quite but yet almost. I don't think there will be a problem with muggles other than traffic waiting for the light to change. You might feel more comfortable looking for this at night but thats up to you. The cache itself can only hold a log so byop and have fun. 7/17/10 update... The cache container was changed to a well cammo'd bison tethered to the host.
