Geocache Description:

Cycle or walk along this disused railway to find this cache. There is a car park near Burley at N50 48.893 W001 42.859

This cache is on a new forest cycle way between Burbush hill and The Old Holmsley Station (which is now a tea rooms). The cycle follows the old railway and is a gravel path so easily accessible to walkers, bikes and pushchairs. The cache is under a mile from the carpark and about 2miles from The Old Holmsley Station. There are other good walks around the area but they are a little more demanding. Cache placed in line with the New Forest Forestry Commision agreement negotiated
by the Geocaching Association of Great Britain.
Please note there is no night caching allowed in the New Forest". This is so others may see that caches in this location must be placed correctly.

• all gates are left in the position as found
• reasonable care is taken to prevent disturbance to wild fauna and flora and to commoning livestock
• compliance with any instructions issued by the Deputy Surveyor or his authorised representative.
• there is to be no disturbance to the general public
