Geocache Description:

This is our first Letterbox Hybrid cache hide. A Letterbox Hybrid cache makes use of CLUES to find the final hide rather than GPS co-ordinates.

We love Letterbox Hybrid caches because we love the idea of stamps and exchanging stamps. We have even created our own little logbook just for Letterbox Hybrid caches where we record the stamp present in the cache. Sadly, we have so few of this type of cache and yet it is so simple to set one up! Although having said that, it has taken us a year to set up this particular one, just because we take ages to get anything done!!

Please go to the point of the listed co-ordinates. There you will see a grey gate. Within the large gate is a smaller gate. Count the number of vertical bars excluding the frame(the number of bars inside the frame) will give you answer G. Then perform the following calculation:

M = (Gx6)-9-3
D = Gx36

Now walk "M" meters at a bearing of "D", along the agapanthus lane and use the hint to find the cache!

Inside the cache is a stamp and ink pad that are not for trading. Please do not remove them from the cache. The stamp and ink pad are clearly marked as such.

Once the cache has been removed, take it to you car to complete the log entry. As part of the world cup soccer fever, there are 32 flag stickers which can be used to stick into the log book as part of your log entry. Please put the cache back as found. Beware of muggles at all times.

Please ring the bell to see if we're home and pop in to say "Hi" or have a cuppa with us!
