A series of caches placed on the walking track along the beautiful Murrumbidgee River between Kambah Pool and the Cotter. This series is ideal for those wanting to push beyond the urban walks and challenge themselves before heading out for more hard-core caches.
This cache is approximately half way between Kambah Pool and the Cotter. From Murrumbidgee Sentinel you can either walk along the river or follow the walking trail which will take you a little way from the river. Walking along the river is probably nicer, but the final ascent of the knoll is harder. If you stick to the track, walk a little past the cache to the stile to cross the fence line rather than risking your trousers on the barbed wire.
This spot will probably attract muggles since it is a sign-posted lookout, so please, please cover the cache well and as naturally as possible.
Thanks to mtbikeroz for accompanying me on the walk to lay these caches
