C.O.T.T- The Fires of Prometheus Multi-cache

Apparently there is some confusion as to the availabilty of this cache at night as the police are arresting cachers. Please get clarrity from the all parties (land trust and police) before activating this cache. Once this is resolved, contact me and the cache can be re-activated. The Titan Prometheus has stolen the gift of fire from the gods of Olympus. Fortunately for you he dribbled a bit on his way . This is a glint trail multi.
*** This cache requires a long hike in low light conditions. All the mines are capped and grated off, so there’s no risk of falling in. There are however some hills to climb and rocks to go over which could be slick in bad conditions. Extra care should be taken. The terrain rating would probably be a 3 1/2 in full sunlight, but given the low light requirement I've bumped it to 4. *** You’ll need a strong flashlight, a headlamp probably won’t cut it. Begin at the posted coordinates, and look for the first stage trail. This leg of the cache is marked with stealth tacks to prevent “ high- noon cheaters”. Follow them along the trail until you see two white tacks one over the other. This marks a small departure from the trail until you see a orange tack. There you are searching for a micro within 20 feet. The micro will give you coordinates to the start of the second stage. Go back out to the trail to get to this GZ, no need to bushwack that far. At these numbers look for the start of a red glint trail. At some point along the red glint trail, a yellow glint trail will begin too. The yellow glints will take you all the way back to parking, more on that in a minute. Follow red/ yellow until you again see two white, one above the other. From there your looking for two red. A second micro can be found within 20 feet. Record the numbers gained from this micro and get back on the yellow trail. At the given coordinate start looking for a red/ blue glint trail. This will be a small bushwack, but the backside of each glinted tree is marked with a white fire tack for you to find your way out afterward. Follow red/ blue until you find two reds stacked. The cache is with 20 feet and marked with a large blue reflector. Once you’ve signed the log, follow the white glints back to the yellow trail, and the yellow trail back to parking. Have fun, but take your time. The trails aren’t too bad, but if you wander off you could find some nasty drop offs.
FTF prize is a 10 DD card, or choice of some other cool swag. I tried to keep a nocturnal theme to things. There is one item of no value at all in there, you'll know it when you see it, and why it's there. Please leave it and take something better.
