Geocache Description:

St Mary the Virgin Sellindge

St Mary the Virgin Church in the village of Sellinge, is a pretty 12th Century Church with a great deal of history. The church was built out of locally quarried materials and includes many interesting and unique medieval features both inside and out including four large ornate arches. Visitors to St Mary’s Church may also be interested in a most striking monument made of marble of a man in Cavalier dress.

The cache is outside Church grounds

Inside this cache there is a laminate with co-ordinates for GC2CW8D ‘Sellindge Hye/Ash‘, which can be found nearby. Please replace laminated coordinates and leave in Church Micro canister. Thank you

Please take care when replacing caches - fasten securely and hide well - Careful not to let it slip - Many thanks

The cache has a log book but no room for pen so bring one along.
Don't forget to make a note of the Bonus number

If any body would like to expand to this series please do, I would just ask that you could let Sadexploration know first so he can keep track of the Church numbers and names to avoid duplication
