"You Really Got Me" was The Kinks' 3rd single and their breakthrough hit! Written by Ray Davies, the song featured the power chords of his brother Dave's guitar. The Kinks are often credited with creating Heavy Metal due to sound and gusto of "You Really Got Me"!

This is the first in a series of caches dedicated to the lads from Muswell Hill!
