This is to celebrate my epic failure at navigation on a cycle route home from Arlington.
I was completing the St Catherine Tate cache today and decided I would take a new way home instead of going through town so followed the cycle route 22 and ended up 6 miles from Farnham in the end. Knowing at least this was wrong I tracked back a bit and found another bridleway going north so I knew this was right.
A steep hill after a long cycle with an unfit me didn't mix well and very tired had to rest, thinking when will I ever get home after my huge mistake I realised I had sat for a rest next to something ideal to hide a cache at. So I did. I guess the trip wasn't all a waste.
As far as I was concerned at the time I was in the middle of nowhere but now I know it wasn't that far out.
Maintenance = Cache is now attached with wire to a root to prevent it migrating. Do not try and remove cache simply pop the top and take out the bag containing the log.
