och min fysik tillåter inte att fixa till den på liknande sätt igen.

Här måste man tänka på hur man förankrar sig. Så att repet inte kan skavas av över
vassa kanter eller lossnar.
Denna Cache-serie är tänkt ge en försmak av friklätring.
Dock TÄNK med säkerhet, ingen cache är värd skada sig för...
Svårighetsgrad ökar till en början i nummerordning.
Platsen har fin utsikt finns älven och andra militära fort.Samt möjlighet att träna på en säkrad vägg bredvid.

Detta är min första cache serie så vid misstycke om något maila mig.
hoppas den ger er en trevlig upplevelse det gav den mig..

Now we have get warmup at climbing.
Hopfully get trained extra at"Hatten-02",
Here we get more practice on understanding howe to anker the rope
And beware of falling/loose Rocks/gravel in a safe way.
This place is't official secured for climbing
and the free fall to think of.
You must think how to secure/anker your self and rope.
Think of that the rope dont get cut
over some sharp edges/stones...
The place it self have a nice wiev ower the river and other fortress.
Allso there is possible to tranie climbing on a secured wall nerby
The more exact information you will find throu another cache in the area.
this cache-serie is ment to be a pretaste of,
freeclimbing in the safer way.Can't be safe enough
No cache are worth harming your self for.
The challenge rate will probaly get higher with number
