Geocache Description:

THIS CACHE IS AT THE POSTED COORDINATES

Multicache Madness Alphabet Challenge
It's time to bring back the love to geocaching's so often ingored Multicaches! You all know you do it, don't you? There are six caches in a park: four traditionals, one puzzle, and a multicache. An hour later you've got the traditionals and the puzzle, and there just isn't enough time for the multicache. Poor multicache! But no mas!
This cache has a special requirement! To qualify for this cache, do the following:
  • Create a public bookmark called Multicache Madness: Alphabet Challenge! Include this cache in your bookmark. (This cache does not count for the letter "M," by the way.) Keep this bookmark public for a minimum of 3 months after completing the challenge. Include one Multicache you have found for each letter of the alphabet.

If you can't create or prefer not to use a bookmark list, you're welcome to post a list of your 26 multicache finds as a means of verification.

  • Successfully find and log a multicache beginning with each letter of the alphabet. The multicache can be anywhere in the world, and previous finds count, so you may already qualify for this challenge. The letter must be the first letter of the cache name.
    Examples:
    - Zebra Stripes = Z
    - The Zebra Stripes = T
    - Extra Zebras = E
    - "Blurry Zebra Stripes" = B
    - 1 More Striped Zebra = 1, so it doesn't count for anything
    - One More Striped Zebra = O

  • Once you've found a multicache that begins with each letter of the alphabet, you're ready to find and log this challenge cache. A look at your alphabetized bookmark list will indicate whether or not you have each letter. The cache is located at the posted coordinates. The final find is probably more like a 3.5/2. The rating on the cache reflects the difficulty in finding 26 multicaches to fulfill the challenge.

If you're not sure of something, please email me. Logs from finders that don't meet the requirement will be deleted.

Multicaches whose names have been changed after this cache was hidden do NOT qualify for this challenge under their new letters. They do qualify under their original letters. Sorry for the complication with this, but here is a list of all caches that had their names changed after the fact:

If that list looks complicated, you'll quickly notice that all the caches are hidden by accounts controlled by the same hider, so it's really not that difficult at all to figure out. Changing the names of previous caches is not in the spirit of this challenge and would render this essentially meaningless. I ask that people keep in mind the spirit of the challenge as things go forward. All final judgement rests with the cache owner, and remember the aim of the challenge is to have fun.

Last but not least, thanks for King Boreas for letting me use copy from some of his challenge caches (that he apparently got from someone else). Thank you!
