Geocache Description:

Our first barbecue, last Summer, seemed to be enjoyed by all, so we thought we would do it all over again.

SUSSEX CACHERS SUMMER BARBECUE

SUNDAY 18th JULY, 2010 from 1pm.

at EARLSWORTH, HIGH STREET,

BALCOMBE, WEST SUSSEX. RH17 6JZ

This is being organized by the Sussex Cachers, but is open to any cachers that would like to attend. We have plenty of room for parking.

Food will be provided, but please bring your own drink.

Please log if you will be attending, and say how many you expect to be in your party, so that we know how much food to get.

Please bring a raffle prize with you. The proceeds from the raffle will go towards the cost of the food, and hiring a portaloo.

As well as the raffle, we will be arranging some fun and games, including a Micro Trail around the woods, so we just hope the weather will be fine! But if it isn't we have a couple of marquees.
