Euratsfeld ist eine kleine
Gemeinde im Mostviertel, und liegt zwischen der Ybbsebene und dem
Randegger Hochkogel, ca. 8km südlich von Amstetten.
Die Fläche der Marktgemeinde umfasst ca. 30.7 Quadratkilometer und
ist unterteilt in 3 Katastralgemeinden (Stand Volkzähung
2001):
- Euratsfeld (12,15 km², 1.699 Ew.)
- Gafring (9,44 km², 294 Ew.)
- Großaigen (9,09 km², 326 Ew.)
Die Gemeinde erfreut sich einer stetig wachsenden Einwohnerzahl
(mehr als 2500; Stand 2010)
und ist auch Geburtsort dreierwichtiger Persönlichkeiten:
- Dr. Alois Mock (*1934), österreichischer Politiker, eh.
Vizekanzler und Außenminister
- Christine Haiden (*1962), Chefredakteurin der Zeitschrift Welt
der Frau
- Mrs. Pfifferling

Sucht im Zentrum
von Euratsfeld den Doktor Alois Mock Platz. Please find the Doktor Alois Mock
Platz.

Stage 2:
Unweit von diesem
Platz entlang der Marktstrasse befindet sich ein kleines
Heiligenhäuschen der Hl. Bernadette.

3:
Pfarrkirch zum Hl. Johannes dem Täufer. / Church St. John the Baptist.
Umrunde diese und finde folgende Zahlen/Bilder in unmittelbarer
Nähe zur Kirche.

1) Finde die Jahreszahl 1736. Was wurde hier abgegraben? (3
Buchstaben)
Wandle diese in bekannter Form (A=1, B=2, etc.) um, und
addiere diese, das ist C.
Find the date 1736. Take the
5th word (3 letters) on the plate.
Change the letters into
numbers (A=1, B=2,
etc.) and take the sum,
this is C.
2) Zu welchem in Augenhöhe befindlichen Fenster gehört dieses
Fragment?
Zähle die runden Diamanten (gelb & rot). Wieviele sind es
zusammen, das ist D.

Gehe nun von der Pfarrkirche durch den Rundbogen beim
Kriegerdenkmal in Richung Marktstrasse.
Du wirst sehen dass Euratsfeld viel Wert auf seine
Ortskerngestaltung nimmt.
Welchen Rang erzielte Euratsfeld im Jahre 1973 in der Wertung
Blumenschmuck, das ist F.
