Caching and Camping--North Dakota Style Part II
June 4th - 6th, 2010
Come to the North Dakota Geocaching Association’s 2nd Annual Caching and Camping – North Dakota Style. This year we meet at beautiful Lake Metigoshe State Park near Bottineau, ND.
Reservations for group or individual sites can be made by calling 1-800-807-4723 or by logging onto (visit link)
Park fees are as follows:
Entrance fee-- $5/day per vehicle or $25 annual vehicle permit
Camping-- $20/night campsite with electricity; $12/night campsite without electricity.
Camping cabins—White Pelican $85/Night, $75/Night
Reservation fee - $3 for online, $6 for telephone

Pets are most welcome. Please keep them on a leash no longer then 6 feet, and please be sure to clean up after them and dispose of the waste properly.

Friday 4 June 8:00 pm meet at the amphitheater for Geocaching 101 presented by Park Ranger Amy Schimetz. Following the class MinotRanger will lead us on a hunt for 3 specially placed Caches.

Saturday 5 June 8:00 am Board meeting for the North Dakota Geocaching Association. Everyone is invited to attend. At the amphitheater.

Saturday 5 June 10:00 am More Geocaching Classes to include how to navigate the geocaching.com website, how to do paperless caching, and how to navigate the new North Dakota Geocaching Association Web site at www.ndgca.com. Everyone is invited to attend. At the amphitheater.

Saturday 5 June 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm park project.
