A traditional cache hidden in the historic Anglican cemetery in Lyttelton.
Lyttelton’s Anglican cemetery was established in 1849, with the earliest burials predating the arrival of the first of the Canterbury Association’s emigrant ships.
In 1995, this cemetery was used in several scenes for the filming of the Peter Jackson movie ‘The Frighteners’, starring Michael J Fox.
The cache is located above ground level and is a (approximately) 200ml screw-top container disguised in black tape. No swaps have been placed, however there may be room for one or two small items to be left.
