Geocache Description:

Sutton Scarsdale Hall is a ruined 18th century manor house, open all year and free to visit. It can clearly be seen from the M1 (on the left if northbound) between J29 and 30. The cache is hidden within view of the house, overlooking the motorway and Bolsover Castle. The view is fantastic!

A small tupperware container with the usual swaps, etc and room for travel bugs. Beware of muggles - sometimes this place is deserted, and sometimes crawling with them! There is a parking by the house. The gates close at 6pm in summer and 5pm in winter. A goose guards the cache - can you spot him?
