The cache is not at the above co-ordinates. From my home this is the nearest access to the canal, alongside which I enjoy running & alongside which I have hidden the cache, a short run from here.

The terrain is rated 2 as you need to venture 3-4m off the path to retrieve the cache.
Finally, there is no significance to the title - it is simply what my initials could be an acronym for!
UPDATE: there is now a hint available for this cache in Missing In Action II. I also considered adding a Geochecker, but as you already know that it is beside the canal, any coordinates putting it there are likely to be correct, the majority of the time.
