When I first planted this cache, it had a different name. However, I have always thought of this cache, and it's companion on the east side, as the two companion cities of Gondor from the Second Age of Middle Earth.
Park in the parking area, then cross the stream and climb the hill. Technically the crest of the hill is beyond the powerlines, but I stayed at the first knob to avoid GPS interference. The cache is under a tree, specifically a large juniper tree. It should be easy to locate. The only problem is, yes, you do have to climb up that hill. I managed to hike the hill, look around, hide the cache, take pictures, and return to the car in 30 minutes, so it's not that bad.
