There is a very large amount of parking around this cache but you may not find a space. I'd suggest parking near by and walking
If you find this cache you could take a cable car to the top of the rock to feed the monkeys, enjoy the sites and find the other caches hidden up there.
I've given this cache a 2.5 rating due to the amount of Muggles that walk around this area.
