This cache commemorates the struggles our pioneers went through taking supplies between Hope and Tulameen. The main cache, THE BRIGADE CACHE, is up the road a piece, and is a full size one. This micro is meant to guide folks to this sign which is hidden away and not easy to see. The bison tube is also obscured, but if this was a good quality picture, and the viewer had eagle eyes, one would be able to see this all weather cache. The next time you are cursing the Coquihalla about its bad weather and road conditions, remember what these folks went through going over the top.
