Diarise, diarise, diarise!! The Event to end the
brilliant and well run 2009 TB Race! 
Come along and join us
for a "Bring-and-Potjie" or "Bring-and-Braai" and let us chat and
meet new friends.
It
will be in the middle of winter and what better way to enjoy a
winter's afternoon than with a yummy, traditional potjie! Dust off
your potjie pot, team up with each other (if you want to or do it
alone) and enjoy putting together a potjie masterpiece. Bring along
all the goodies and gas burner, and then sit and chat while the
ingredients cook slowly.
For those that won't be able to make a potjie we'll have a
braai set up for you. 
We
also plan to have some gluhwein (Rolf will ask his cousin for a
good, traditional German recipe) and we plan to have something for
the kids to entertain themselves.
Please let us know if you plan to be there and whether you'll
be eating with us, so that we can cater sufficiently (we'll be
making the rice).
cincol will be there all the way from Qatar, to do the
honours of announcing the winners and giving out the
awards!

Time: From 11h00 to 16h00
Venue: Our Company Premises, Randburg,
Johannesburg (See Co-ords)
What YOU Need to Bring: Yourselves, your family,
your food, gas burner, potjie pot, potjie ingredients, camping
chairs (just in case we don't have enough), drinks.
What WE Will Bring: Plastic tables, chairs (we
have 20), HUGE pot of rice to go with the potjies, some bread
rolls, gluhvein, something for the kids, plenty of parking,
toilets, area under cover, etc.
RSVP: Please complete a “Will
Attend” post with your numbers as soon as possible, to assist
with the catering and planning.
