Official Milestone Cache Traditional Cache

You are looking for the gold standard of cache containers, the ammo box. It is not meant to be difficult to find although it has been hidden and camo'ed in a way to keep it safe from Muggles.

When the cache was first placed the trails were closed to all except for skiers following the the first snowfall. With the advent of the new competition level X-C trails at the Quarry Road Recreation Area it is possible that the rules have been relaxed and snowshoers and walkers are now permitted. If the prohibition for all but skis returns please respect it to not jeopardize this cache.

This is a designated Milestone Cache. In accordance with International Geo-caching regulations if this cache is logged as a 100 unit milestone your name will be added to the official cache page.

By special permission of the I.I.I. G.C., new cachers who make this their first find will also be listed on the official cache page.

Take a moment to enjoy the view of the countryside and rolling hills in the distance as you make your way either to or from the cache.
