Cash je vedle zpevnené asfaltové cesty ve vzdálenosti cca 1km od zastávky MHD v lese.
Cash is located next to the paved forest road about 1km from public transport.

Z místa kam vás dovedou souradnice budete mít hezký výhled na pusobivý sportovní areál v prírode, který velmi dumyslne využívá dramatický povrch krajiny (hluboká strž, nekolik metru vysoké strmé svahy oddelující ploché, nebo mírne proti svahu zaklonené rovinaté plácky). Architekt zde využil to co mu nabídl velice starý a pravdepodobne i hluboký (více než 10 m) sesuv pudy. Príkré, krátké svahy a plácky vznikly v dusledku pohybu hornin po svahu dolu. Typický príklad ukazují fotky.
Nejedná se o ojedinelý útvar vzniklý sesouváním pudy na svazích v okolí Zlína, které jsou ke vzniku sesuvu náchylné podobne jako napríklad Vsetínsko, kde vznikla celá rada sesuvu behem povodní v cervenci 1997. Jedním z hlavních duvodu castého výskytu sesuvu v techto oblastech je geologické složení podloží, kde se strídají relativne propustné pískovcové vrstvy s nepropustnými jíly a jílovci. Sesuvy vznikají v dusledku intenzivních srážek, které se mohou kombinovat s táním snehu jak k tomu došlo na jare 2006, kdy i v bezprostredním okolí Zlína vzniklo nekolik sesuvu.
Nelze presne ríct, kdy vznikl tento sesuv, ale bylo to pravdepodobne rádove pred stovkami nebo i tisíci lety. Nicméne, to že puda je v této cásti lesa stále „živá“ ukazují ruznými smery prohnuté mohutné buky. V mnoha prípadech se jedná o dusledek velmi pomalých pohybu pudy, které jinak nepredstavují prakticky žádné nebezpecí. Nicit mohou ale drobnejší sesuvy, které vznikly v horizontu nekolika posledních let. Jeden se nachází blízko altánku (po svahu od nej) pod drobný pramen s jezírkem. Má protáhlý tvar a zacíná približne 1 m vysokým stupnem, tzv. odlucnou stenou. Najdete ho? Silne naklonené stromy v jeho spodní, akumulacní cásti vám jej pomohou identifikovat.

From the GPS point you will overlook nice recreational facility situated in the middle of beech forest on very interesting morphological features – short, but steep slopes which separate small plane areas and deep gullies. Architects used surface of old and probably more than 10m deep landslide. Steep and short slopes (scarps) and plane surfaces bellow them are result of down slope movement of the landslide (see photos). This natural feature is very distinct and spectacular, but is not the unique one on the surrounding slopes of the Zlín town. This region is highly susceptible to landslide occurrence as was experienced mainly around nearby Vsetín town during the 1997 flood event. One of the major reasons for high landslide susceptibility of this area is geology – permeable layers of sandstones are interbeded with impermeable claystones. Landslides are usually triggered by intensive precipitation which may be combined with snow melt as happened in the spring 2006.
It is impossible to say exactly when the landslide occurred. Most probably it happened hundreds or even thousands years ago, nevertheless bended trees on the landslide surface witness continuous and very slow movements of soil. These movements are not dangerous, but damaging potential has smaller landslides which evolved within last 10 years or so. One such a landslide can be seen bellow alcove at the beginning of the recreation area. It has elongated shape and starts with approximately 1m high scarp. Are you able to find it? Highly banded and inclined trees on its lower (accumulation part) can help you identify it.
