The name sounds like the famous "Tube Torcher" cache near Ashville. But it is not. No hard hats, knee pads or boots needed. It may "torture" you tho.
Easy access, but a lot more privacy on weekends.
The actual cache is a plastic tube with the NCGO on the side, obtained at a geo-event. About 4" long. Small, but could hold small trade items. Bring your own pen.
The cache is not between the fence and the top of the wall, so stay out of that area.
Please hide the cache as you found it.
Power lines nearby, so signal could bounce.
