This cache is located just off Gardner Canyon Road near Sonoita off HWY 83.
Low clearance vehicle might want to be careful certain times of the year, especially Summer monsoon season!
9 Years ago when I first met the woman who became my wife I was camping in the area and she came up as a friend of my Uncle's. We were riding ATVs and she told my Mom she wanted to "Go Fast!" so my Mom told me to take her for a ride and I guess we went a little too fast and had a little accident at this spot! She broke her collarbone and I had a few scrapes but by the time she was back on her feet we had really gotten to know each other and have been together ever since!
We have been finding caches off and on over the years and decided our first cache should be something special so we placed at the spot that pretty much started it all 9 years ago!
Cache is hidden with natural camouflage in a cool cutout in a rock in the area that fit the ammo can perfectly. Hope you enjoy the beautiful scenery in the area!
