If you believe perhaps you will get a glimpse of 1 of the many
who live here in The Realm of The Fae.
Those who make this their home are a known element of the famed
faery circles as The Earth Fae. They are the spiritual force of
nature & work in & maintain the physical structure of the
Earth.
If, as you wander around here being careful to follow the
magical trail, you watch & listen closely you may be lucky
& see or hear those that live here.
To help you know if you have encountered any of the Fae that
live here let me tell you a little about some of them & what
you might expect.
The Pixies are the pranksters. They delight in leading
people astray from their paths & then leaving them to wonder
aimlessly for hours until they fall into deep sleep. Typically they
appear as a wizened old man no taller than a hands span so be very
careful where you step.
The Leprechauns are also known as the
‘Gentry’. They are a race of cobblers whose
craftsmanship is beyond compare. As a result most of them are
exceedingly wealthy & likely this is the source of the tales of
t heir pots of gold. Infamous hoarders they are loath to spend a
single penny which explains their rather poor appearance.
Green is the color of choice among this race, though their
clothing is never extravagant. Their footwear, however, is a source
of pride & every Leprechaun possesses the very finest he can
make & are the 1 thing that will give away their presence.
Some Leprechauns belong to the Unseelie court: they are raiders
of wine cellars & tend to revel drunkenly after dark riding on
the backs of sheep so BEWARE.
Gnomes have a unique characteristic of always being twins
& are 7 times stronger than humans.
Gnomes wear red caps & blue smocks, complimented by green
pants & footwear. They are fair of face with rosy red cheeks
& long beards that turn gray long before their hair.
There are many different types of Gnomes but the Forest Gnome is
the most common though rarely comes in contact with humans.
The Will o’ Wisp is among the most named faeries
with countless aliases. Some are called Faery Lights, St.
Elmo’s Fire, Jack-o-Lantern, Bob o Longs, Jenny Burnt Tail
& Teine Sith (meaning Fire Faery).
They typically appear as a grouping of tiny flickering lights
almost like fire flies. Some believe the lights to be the glow of
actual faeries while others argue that they are merely torches
& lamps carried by the Fae as they revel.
Whatever they are, humans who glimpse them & follow the
lights experience something special.
So now that you have some idea of what may await you let your
mind run free & walk the trail of what could be the experience
few would believe. Do not chase after or try to catch The Fae as
they will lead you astray. Just follow the magic & who knows,
you just might discover 1 of the (Leprechauns pots of Gold) true
treasures of The Enchanted Forests Realm of The Fae.
Please keep in mind that aside from this fantasy world we DO
have some not so nice creatures that DO live HERE all of the time.
Be aware of all around you but do ENJOY.
