Ring of Laughter is a series of caches around Laughter Tor and Bellever Tor. It was created by Mike+Mary with help from Michaela, Alex and Maisie.
The ring is planned as a rewarding 5.8km circular walk with splendid views in all directions across the moor. The caches are numbered clockwise but it can be done either way. The start is Bellever Forest car park, a lovely area of shady woodland where you will find ample parking, decent loos and many superb picnic spots by the side of the East Dart River. The circuit could take over 3 hours depending on stops so a £2 parking fee is needed.
After this cache, continue down the stony path to the road which leads back to the car park.
Alex's Walk is on the route & really part of the Ring. Skylark City is very close to the route and Room with a View is a short detour. If walking the Ring anticlockwise, Bellever Trig could be included too.
