W latach 1915-1918 na terenie IX okregu cmentarnego "Bochnia" powstalo 46 cmentarzy. Budowa tych obiektów kierowal wiedenski architekt por. Franz Stark. Charakterystycznymi elementami dla jego projektów sa: wejscie z brama lub furtka, czesto flankowana slupami, centralny element w postaci duzego krzyza (drewnianego lub kamiennego), ogrodzenie (drewniane lub kamienne) i centralna aleja. Mozna spotkac takze stylizowane sarkofagi i kaplice. Na grobach zwykle znajduja sie krzyze "niemieckie" (zdobione wiencem z lisci debu), "austriackie" (zdobione wiencem laurowym) i "rosyjskie" (zdobione wiencem lipowym, czesto dwuramienne).

Cmentarz nr 329 znajduje sie przy drodze z Niepolomic do Staniatek, przez las. Jego centralnym punktem jest kapliczka z Matki Boskiej, prawdopodobnie starsza niz sam cmentarz. Za kapliczka znajduje sie rzad kwater z dwuramiennymi krzyzami - sa tu pochwali zolnierze rosyjscy. U podstawy jednego z krzyzy widnieje data 1914. Cmentarz w porównaniu z innymi jest bardzo zadbany. Byc moze w poblizu tego miejsca, na skraju lasu, doszlo do potyczki patrolu rosyjskiego z oddzialem austro-wegierskim.

In the years 1915-1918 in the field of IX'th cemetery region "Bochnia" came into being 46 cemeteries. Construction of these facilities led the Viennese architect lieutenant Franz Stark. The characteristic elements for the project are: the entrance with the gate or lich gate, often flanked poles, a central element in the form of a large cross (the wooden or stone), fences (wooden or stone) and central avenue. You can also find stylized sarcophagi and shrines. On the graves are usually crosses "German" (decorated with a wreath of oak leaves), "Austrian" (decorated with a laurel wreath) and "Russian" (adorned with a wreath of linden, often with two arms).

The Cemetery No 329 is located near the road from Niepolomice to Staniatki, through the forest. Its focal point is the chapel of the Virgin Mary, probably older than the graveyard. Behind the chapel is located in the government quarters with two arms crosses - there are buried Russian soldiers. At the base of one of the cross bears the date 1914. Cemetery in comparison with others is very well maintained. Perhaps near this site, on the edge of the forest, there was a skirmish with the Russian patrol and the Austro-Hungarian division.
