Geocache Description:

Honeysuckle Creek was a NASA tracking station near Canberra, which played an important role in supporting Project Apollo

Parkes somehow got the credit but in reality it was Honeysuckle Creek
that brought the world the first pictures of the first men on the moon.
This was on Monday, July 21, 1969.

Go and have a walk in this lovely piece of bush, explore our history and
find a cache (take your own pencil).
The "Doctor's" comment "What do you mean by 'First men on the moon?'"
