Geocache Description:

Sam and I love this spot and thought it was perfect for our first cache. You are looking for a silver nanocache about the size of a 9mm bullet. Note: Depending on recent rainfall, there may be a stream to cross.

5-11-10: D/T updated. Thanks to everyone who brought the inaccuracy of the difficulty & terrain ratings to my attention, and sorry to anyone who was mislead. They should reflect the cache better now. I guess I underestimated our hiding abilities! :]

8-1-10: Due to DNFs and comments regarding the cache falling into the leaf litter, we rigged a solution. Should stay put now. Thanks!

8-2-11: Wow. Haven't been a very dedicated cacher lately, just using my iphone app to pick up a few here and there. Finally got to checking on everything online and found out we were nominated for an Austin Cache Award! We're incredibly honored and superrr bummed we missed the picnic and chance to meet everyone. :( But, it inspired us to really get this cache going again and make another just as great!

8-16-11 Still haven't been able to fix Mowgli's Nano and feeling pretty guilty. Sam & I are in the middle of moving into a new place in San Marcos and have been very busy with classes starting up again, but should be back home to visit soon and will try to rig up a permanent solution that'll hold up even when we're too far away to check on it. Thanks for not giving up on this cache.
